I loved my time at the hotel, thank you. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was tasty and everything was very clean.

Welcoming staff, non-smoking rooms. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Hotel was clean and the service was good. This property was in an amazing area. Moreover, The Sleepy Poet Antiques Mall was 15 minutes' walk away. The whole experience was enjoyable.

It's an affordable and fairly clean hotel, rooms are brand-new.

Staff and location were nice for us. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron, a work desk and a TV with cable channels were a nice touch.

Everything was good, we had a very nice experience. Loved pancakes, yoghourt and eggs for breakfast.

Actually everything was fabulous, my next choice again in Charlotte. Prime location, funky hotel and also spotless. A tidy beach, splendid view. The service was great, totally satisfied. Not to mention fine wifi!

Reasonable base for exploring Charlotte. A phenomenal location, very close to restaurants and stadium, flexible staff. And it was very close to the train station. The room was budget and beautifully presented, offered bbc, coffee and blackout drapes. There was free breakfast with bacon and waffles, for instance...

The bed in my room was uncomfy.

It was a perfectly pleasant experience overall. I loved location and staff, they were exceptional. The easy check-in process too. Need to be mentioned that free Wi-Fi worked throughout the property. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Honeybaked Ham that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The breakfast was good there, the beds were very clean, all you need for a luxury stay. The staff was so patient and provided very good service.
